However,UmutSubasi’sfirstfeature,AlmostEntirelyaSlightDisaster,isnotamelodrama.Withanappealinglylighttouch,itdiagnosesthemalaiseofagenerationthathasrunupagainstadeadend,onewhosefutureprospectsareindistinguishablefromagameofchance.Thisisaworldwhereastrology,thelotteryandonlinepersonalitytestscompetewithvisaandjobapplicationsaslife-shapingelements.
